Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit - NSW - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You may need this permit if you are planning work that may impact Aboriginal cultural heritage.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

You must complete the following activities in order for your application to be considered:

prepare a cultural heritage assessment report that meets the specified requirements
complete an Aboriginal community consultation process
complete and submit the application form
provide any additional information to support your application, including site information for the Aboriginal Heritage Information Management System (AHIMS).
