Alcohol Delivery Requirements - New South Wales

Description

You will need to comply with these requirements if you intend to deliver alcohol.

Alcohol deliveries must not:

  • be delivered to a minor
  • be delivered to an intoxicated person.

The requirements that apply to same-day alcohol deliveries include:

  • delivery workers must complete Responsible Supply of Alcohol Training (RSAT)
  • delivery data must be reported to the authority every six months
  • delivery providers must verify the age of online customers (from June 2022)
  • same day alcohol deliveries must be sold under a NSW liquor licence.
