You will need to comply with these requirements if you intend to deliver alcohol.
Alcohol deliveries must not:
- be delivered to a minor
- be delivered to an intoxicated person.
The requirements that apply to same-day alcohol deliveries include:
- delivery workers must complete Responsible Supply of Alcohol Training (RSAT)
- delivery data must be reported to the authority every six months
- delivery providers must verify the age of online customers (from June 2022)
- same day alcohol deliveries must be sold under a NSW liquor licence.
