You will need to comply with these requirements if you intend to deliver alcohol.
The requirements that apply to same-day alcohol deliveries include:
- delivery workers must complete Responsible Supply of Alcohol Training (RSA)
- delivery data must be reported to the authority every six months
- delivery providers must verify the age of online customers
- same day alcohol deliveries must be sold under a NSW liquor licence.
