Description

You must comply with this code if you intend to operate a pet grooming or bathing establishment.

The code sets a standard for the welfare of dogs and cats while they are the responsibility of a pet grooming establishment - that is, from the time of accepting control of the animal from the owner, during holding, and until return to the owner or person responsible for the animal.

The code details the responsibilities of managers and sets standards for animal housing, hygiene, transportation, etc.
