Description

You will need this appointment if you intend to become a public notary. Public notaries are barristers or solicitors who are given statutory powers at a national and international level to:

  • witness documents
  • administer oaths
  • draw up and certify wills, deeds, contracts and powers of attorney.

Public notaries must submit a notification of their current details annually.
