Approval for a Registered Training Organisation to Deliver High Risk Work Training - New South Wales


You will need this approval if you intend to conduct high risk work training. High risk work includes:

  • scaffolding work
  • dogging and rigging work
  • crane and hoist operation
  • reach stackers
  • forklift operation
  • pressure equipment operation.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

Eligibility requirements

Only high risk work registered training organisations (RTOs) listed on the National VET Register that also have an agreement with the agency can train and assess people for high risk work licences.
