Approval for Commercial Filming in a National Park - New South Wales

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to use a national park or reserve for commercial filming or photography. Commercial filming and photography is the recording of a visual image and / or sound for a market audience. For example, a documentary, television or feature film, advertisement, or similar project.

Please be aware that there are restrictions on locations available for filming. The Agency will be able to advise you of any special conditions and suggest available locations for filming.
