You will need approval if you intend to undertake commercial filming or photography in a national park or reserve. Commercial filming and photography is the recording of a visual image and / or sound for a market audience.
Please be aware that there are restrictions on locations available for filming.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
To be eligible for this approval you must provide a copy of your public liability cover or a certificate of currency.
Please be aware that the process for considering filming applications is based on an assessment of the potential environmental impacts the filming may have while recognising the benefits filming may bring to parks, the public and NSW in general.
