Approval to Clear Native Vegetation - New South Wales

Description

You may require this approval if you intend to clear native vegetation from your land. This approval is required in the following circumstances:

  • Your land is classed as category 2 (regulated) land (refer to the Native Vegetation Regulatory Map to determine what category applies to your land).
  • The clearing falls outside allowable activities or the Land Management (Native Vegetation) Code.
