Approval to Construct a Temporary Enclosure for Entertainment - Byron Shire Council - New South Wales

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to construct a temporary enclosure to be used for entertainment on community land (e.g. erect a marquee, stage or stall). This approval is required to ensure that you have considered details such as ground levels and the possible environmental impact of the enclosure.

Depending on the type and size of the enclosure it may be necessary to obtain other approvals.

To be eligible for this approval you must provide details such as proposed locations, height dimensions and design plans of all proposed temporary structures.

 

For public events the event holder must have public liability insurance with a minimum single claim value of $10 million.
