Description

You will need this approval if you supply water to the public and intend to add fluoride to the water. Gaining this approval will allow you to add fluoride to a public water supply, or modify an existing fluoridation plant.

Once a written request to NSW Health has been made, you must submit completed application forms to the Director General of NSW Health.

If successful, the Director General will sign an instrument of approval that sets out the terms of the approval and publish a notification in the Government Gazette.
