Approval to Open on Bank Close Days - NSW - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

Approval is required for banks to open their retail branches on weekends, as long as it is in the public interest to do so.

Banks may open their retail branches on public holidays and the August Bank Holiday, with the excpetion of:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
