Approval to Operate as a Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Training Provider - New South Wales

Description

You will need this approval if you are a training provider and intend to deliver health and safety representative (HSR) training. There are two options you can choose from:

  1. Use the course materials approved by the agency, which include a standard five day HSR initial training course and a one day HSR refresher course.
  2. Develop your own course material for agency approval.

Please refer to the two attached information booklets for details specific to each option.

Please be aware that during the application process, you can nominate trainers to provide training on behalf of the organisation. The nominated trainers must meet all the requirements for delivering training.
