Approval to Place a Skip Bin in a Public Place - Byron Shire Council - New South Wales

Description

You will need this approval to place a skip bin in a public place. A skip bin is a bulk rubbish container or other structure designed or used for holding a substantial quantity of rubbish and which is unlikely to be lifted without mechanical assistance. This does not include any container used in connection with regular domestic rubbish collections.

When considering an application to place a skip bin in a public place, the council will take into consideration the location, size and visibility of the skip bin.
