Description

You may require this approval if you intend to place commercial waste in a public place for the purpose of collection by a waste contractor.

This applies only to containers for commercial waste generated by the particular use of the premises.

It does not relate to bulk bins for the purpose of builder's waste.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
