Approval to Transport Waste Through a Public Place - Mosman Municipal Council - New South Wales

You will require this approval to provide waste collection services where you will transport, collect or deposit waste. Waste includes commercial waste and bulk waste from development activities such as building sites.

This approval is not required if either:

  • the waste is passing through the council area without being collected or deposited in that area
  • you are licensed through another Agency to carry out your activity.
