You will need this approval to provide waste collection services for fee or reward. Waste collection includes the transportation, collection or depositing of waste. Waste includes commercial waste and bulk waste from development activities such as building sites.

This approval is not required if:

  • the waste is passing through the council area without being collected or deposited in that area
  • you are licensed through another Agency to carry out your activity.
