Civil works in the public domain. Fees for 2025-26

Construction works zones. In addition to this fee, you will also be required to pay a fee for the zone the works are in (per lineal metre, per week or part thereof) as below:

• B1 neighbour centres, B2 local centres, B4 mixed use and B6 enterprise corridor zones (minimum one month approval)  - $105.00
• R1 general residential, R2 low density residential and R3 medium residential zones (minimum one month approval) - $42.00.

Ground level hoarding (type A temporary fencing where any part of the fencing structure occupies council land). 

You will also be required to pay an additional fee of $30.00 per lineal metre, per week (frontage) or part thereof. Fees for 2025-26

Overhead hoarding (type B). A minimum period of 6 months paid in advance is required.

You will also be required to pay an additional fee of $40.00 per lineal metre, per week (frontage) or part thereof. Fees for 2025-26

Rock anchor permit, plus an additional $261.50 per anchor. Fees for 2025-26
