Assessment of an Activity Prohibited by a Chemical Control Order - New South Wales


You may apply for this assessment if you intend to undertake an activity prohibited by a Chemical Control Order (CCO). This assessment may assist you in determining whether you are required to apply for a licence to undertake that activity.

Activities for which this assessment may be required include the manufacture, processing, distribution, conveyance, use, storage, sale or disposal of chemicals or chemical waste.

  • the manner in which you intend to carry out the activity to be assessed.
