Auctioneer Notification (Liquor) - New South Wales

Description

You will need to notify the Authority If you are a professional auctioneer and you intend to sell liquor at auction. Notifying the Authority will exempt you from needing a liquor licence to sell liquor at auction.

You need to comply with any direction given to you by the Authority. Directions can relate to the quantity or type of liquor that may be sold at auction, or the manner or frequency in which liquor can be sold.

Please note that auctions must be publicly promoted as an auction involving the sale of liquor.
