You will need to declare that you will comply with the conditions of your licence and other relevant statutory provisions, such as Animal Welfare Code of Practice - Animals in Pet Shops and NSW Animal Welfare Code of Practice - Keeping and Trading of Birds.

It will take at least six weeks to fully assess your reptile dealer licence application. This time frame is dependent on the applicant satisfactorily completing the application form, written test and having their premises at a standard suitable for trade.
