Biosecurity Permit Application - New South Wales

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to undertake activities that would otherwise be not allowed under biosecurity legislation. This permit allows you to apply to undertake activities involving:

  • animal, aquatic and pests and diseases
  • contaminants and residues
  • fertiliser
  • invasive animals and weeds
  • the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS).

  • a prohibited dealing.
