You will require this permit if you intend to undertake activities that would not otherwise be permitted under biosecurity legislation. Such activities include:

  • animal, aquatic and pests and diseases
  • contaminants and residues
  • fertiliser
  • invasive animals and weeds
  • the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS).
