Additional information

Non-profit performers and children under 18 years of age do not have to pay a permit fee, but must fill out an application form.

Frequent buskers who perform more than six times in 12 months must also provide Council with evidence of current Public and Product Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million) and Workers Compensation Insurance where required by the law.
