You can apply to the approved holder for the infrastructure you intend to connect to. An approved holder is a corporation that holds a Network Operator Licence.

Your application must be accompanied by a copy of the application for development or, if already approved, a copy of the development authorisation.

Please be aware that the network operator may serve a notice that requires you to undertake certain actions before they will proceed with your application. For example, pay an amount to cover relevant costs and enter into an agreement.
