Certificate of Registration - Salesperson or Manager - New South Wales


You will require this certificate of registration if you intend to commence work in the property services industry. A number of categories of registration are available, including:

  • real estate salesperson
  • stock and station salesperson
  • business salesperson
  • registered manager.

Certificate holders must not undertake any of the roles listed above unless they are an employee of a licence holder.
