Approval to Clear Native Vegetation - New South Wales

Description

You may need this approval if you intend to clear native vegetation from your land. Approval is needed if:

  • your land is classed as category 2 (regulated) land (refer to the Native Vegetation Regulatory Map to determine what category applies to your land).
  • the clearing falls outside allowable activities or the Land Management (Native Vegetation) Code.

You will not need this approval if you are undertaking every-day land management activities, such as fencing or collecting firewood.
