Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this Certificate, you must:

 

  • Hold an approved Development Consent issued by your Council;
  • Have met all the requirements Council placed upon your Development Consent; and
  • Provide precise details of the work such as construction plans and specifications for the development.

You must also notify the Council of the commencement of building work at least two days before that work commences.
