Conveyancer's Licence - Corporation - New South Wales

A corporation will require this licence to carry on a conveyancing business where conveyancing work is undertaken for fee or reward. Note, this licence does not apply to the conduct of a conveyancing business by an incorporated legal practice or solicitor corporation (if the conveyancing business is carried on its behalf by an Australian legal practitioner).
