Description

You will need this authorisation to take bets on declared betting events.

The Minister for Racing has the ability to declare events that licensed betting service providers and TAB Limited are able to accept bets on. This can be any type of event or class of event, including sporting events but does not include a race or any event related to racing. This authorisation will enable you to provide betting services in relation to a declared event.
