Declared Betting Event Authority - New South Wales

Description

You will need this authorisation to take bets on declared betting events.

The Minister for Racing can declare which events that licensed betting service providers are able to accept bets on. These can be any type or class of event, including sporting events, but not races or racing-related events. This authorisation will enable you to provide betting services in relation to the declared event.
