Applications must:
- be in the form approved by Essential Energy, and
- include or be accompanied by information or evidence reasonably required by Essential Energy to assess the application
Applications for discharge approval must be accompanied by:
- plans and specifications of plumbing work required to be carried out
- plans and specifications of apparatus required to be used
- details of the nature and quantity of the discharge
- details of the frequency or rate at which the discharge is intended to be discharged
- the written consent of the owner of land affected by the discharge
Applications for plumbing permits must be made no later than 2 business days :
- before the day on which the work to which the application relates is proposed to be done, or
- after the day on which the work began for an emergency in accordance with section 53(2)(a)
