Dust Explosion Control Measures Auditor Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to audit dust explosion control measures and standards for a coal mine.

At each coal mine, the mine operator must put controls measures in place that, as far as reasonably practicable, minimise the risks of an explosion associated with dust. A person who holds this licence must audit the control measures and standards and provide a written report of the results to the mine operator.

  • be at least 21 years old
  • be a suitable person to hold a licence
  • hold a current practising certificate authorising you to exercise the functions of a Dust Control Measures Auditor.
