Electronic Lodgment Network Operator Approval - New South Wales


You will require this approval if you intend to act as an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO). An ELNO is able to undertake electronic conveyancing transactions such as registry instruments, settle funds, and lodge instruments with the land registry to complete the transaction.

You must be approved by the Registrar of each State and Territory you plan to operate in.
