Forest Products Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to remove forest products from Crown-timber Land. Forest products are trees and other vegetation of economic value, including products such as eucalyptus oil, bark, leaf and native plants.

Crown-timber land includes land within a State forest or flora reserve and Crown land.

Please note that products cannot be taken from a flora reserve (land set aside for the preservation of native plants) unless the conditions of the licence are in accordance with the working plan for the flora reserve or the agency approves the specific application.
