Greyhound Owner Syndicate Registration - New South Wales

Description

You will need this registration if you participate in the group ownership of a racing greyhound.

There are two types of Syndicate ownership:

  • Private: a syndicate of at least 2 people, for the purpose of owning a greyhound. Members of a private syndicate must know each other before forming a syndicate. A private syndicate can have up to 30 members.
  • Public: a syndicate formed for the purpose of owning a greyhound. A Public Syndicate is formed through a public offer that is open to anyone.

Please be aware that you must comply with the specified rules and your registration may be subject to conditions.
