As a veterinary practitioner with honorary registration, you must inform
the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW each year of the following
- any crimes you have
been convicted of
- any impairments you
have suffered that affects your ability to practice veterinary science
- whether your
interstate registration has been cancelled, suspended or has had conditions
placed on it
- whether you have been
refused a licence or registration in relation to your work as a veterinary
- details of any
professional training or development that you have done.
Failure to provide this information each year will
lead to cancellation of your registration.
You must notify the board of any changes to your name,
address or contact details within 14 days of making the change.
you hold honorary registration and submit a non-practising conditions
declaration, you may no longer need to provide the Veterinary Practitioners
Board with this information each year.
