Imitation Firearm Permit - Collector - New South Wales

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to possess or use an imitation firearm for the purpose of maintaining imitation firearms in a collection or to display imitation firearms for educational, historical or commemorative purposes.

An imitation firearm is defined as an object that, regardless of its colour, weight or composition or the presence or absence of any moveable parts, substantially duplicates in appearance a firearm but is not a firearm. This does not include anything that is produced and identified as a children's toy.
