Imitation Firearm Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to possess or use an imitation firearm. An imitation firearm is an object that substantially duplicates in appearance a firearm but is not a firearm. An object can be an imitation firearm regardless of its colour, weight, composition or the presence or absence of any moveable parts.

This does not include anything that is produced and identified as a children's toy.
