Description

You will need a lease if you intend to occupy land to carry out certain forestry operations. Please be aware that leases cannot be given to land larger than 40 hectares without ministerial approval.

Your lease may contain conditions requiring you to carry out work in connection with the silvicultural management of trees and forest products.
