Legal Deposit - New South Wales

Description

You must make a legal deposit if you intend to publish and issue works within New South Wales.

You must deposit to the following organisations at least one copy of your publication, unless otherwise specified:

  • the State Library of New South Wales (two copies)
  • the New South Wales Parliamentary Library
  • if you are a government agency, the Western Sydney University Library
  • if you are a non-government publisher, the University of Sydney Library.

You may either submit an electronic or physical copy.

You must supply the National Library of Australia with at least one other copy of your publication.
