Description

You will require this licence if you intend to supply poisons or restricted substances by wholesale for therapeutic use. This licence allows you to supply poisons or restricted substances for use on humans, animals or both.

This licence does not apply to poisons specified in Schedule 5 or 6 of the Poisons List.

  • provide any accompanying documentation as required
  • be an approved fit and proper person

  • provide or be willing to undergo an National Police Record Check
  • pay any required fees.
