Gas Distributor's Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will need this licence to operate a distribution system for the purpose of conveying to any other person either:

  • liquid petroleum gas (LPG)
  • any other gas (other than natural gas) prescribed by the regulations.

A distribution system means the gas pipes and associated equipment that are used to convey and control the conveyance of gas (other than natural gas) to the premises of customers (exclusions apply).
