Major Hazard Facility Licence and Notification - New South Wales

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to operate a major hazard facility. Certain premises where Schedule 15 chemicals are present, or are likely to be present, are classified as major hazard facilities. For example, facilities such as oil refineries, chemical processing plants, and large chemical and gas storage deports have hazardous chemicals in large amounts. Facilities that exceed or are likely to exceed their threshold quantity must be licensed.
