Notification of Appointment of a Manager (Liquor) - New South Wales

Description

A corporation that holds a liquor licence must appoint an approved manager in order to operate. The authority must be notified within 28 days of an approved manager's appointment.

Please be aware that if you operate a registered club with at a single premises you do not need to appoint a manager and lodge this notice, because the secretary of your club is taken to be the manager. If you operate a registered club with multiple premises, you must appoint a manager and lodge this notice for each premises other than the main premises.

  • have a manager who has been approved by the Authority.
