You will need to notify the Authority if your company holds a liquor licence and appoint a manager to their licensed premises.
The authority must be notified within 28 days of an approved manager's appointment.
Please be aware that if you operate a registered club with at a single premises you do not need to appoint a manager and lodge this notice, because the secretary of your club is taken to be the manager. If you operate a registered club with multiple premises, you must appoint a manager and lodge this notice for each premises other than the main premises.
