  • possess a paintball marker when not at an authorised paintball venue.

A paintball marker is a sporting device that propels a paintballs using a gas or mixture of gases.

Paintball markers must be stored in an inoperable state (such as having the gas canister removed) in a strong, locked metal container. They must be transported in a inoperable state and must be concealed in a secure bag or container during transportation. They must not be left unattended when being transported.
