Paintball Venue Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to undertake any of the following activities in New South Wales:

  • operate a paintball venue
  • purchase and possess paintball markers for the purpose of operating that venue
  • supply paintball markers for purchase by paintball permit holders
  • supply paintball markers to people for the temporary use of the markers at the venue
  • supply paintball markers to another holder of a venue permit under a paintball marker sharing arrangement that complies with the relevant legislation.
