Description

You will need this permit if you live outside of NSW and intend to store firearms in NSW on a permanent basis. The firearms you intend to store must be registered in the State or Territory of residence.

Since your firearms are registered outside of NSW, NSW Police do not have records of your identity, the location, number, type of firearms, or storage details. This permit is required to ensure that this information is properly recorded and that the firearms are stored safely.
