Description

You will need approval from the Heritage Council if you intend disturb or excavate land in NSW that is likely to contain archaeological relics and not listed on the State Heritage Register.

  • development up to $100,000 relating to owner-occupied house - $100.00
  • other development up to $100,000 - $250.00
  • all development over $100,000 - $500 plus $10 for each additional $100,000 or part $100,000.
