Permit to Sell Fish for Charitable Purposes - NSW - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to:

sell fish, by auction for a charitable purpose
take or possess fish, in connection with the sale of fish by auction for charitable purposes.

Fish must be captured lawfully and the rules on weight limits must be complied with. Money raised must be donated to a nominated charity.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

You must be considered a person of good nature and character to be eligible for this permit.

Fish that has been raffled or auctioned must not be resold.
