Description

You will need this permit if you intend to:

  • sell fish, by auction for a charitable purpose
  • take or possess fish, in connection with the sale of fish by auction for charitable purposes.

Fish must be captured lawfully and the rules on weight limits must be complied with. Money raised must be donated to a nominated charity.
