Prohibited Weapons - Re-enactment Event Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to conduct a historical or commemorative re-enactment event involving the possession and use of prohibited weapons. The permit authorises you, and the participants in the re-enactment event, to possess and use the weapons. You must be a member of an historic or commemorative club or society or other similar organisation to apply. Please refer to the Schedule 1 Prohibited Weapons document for a full list of prohibited weapons in NSW.

Eligibility requirements

To organise a re-enactment event using prohibited weapons, you must be a member of an historic or commemorative club or society or other similar organisation.

Duration

This permit will be issued for one event lasting several days or for periodic events over a maximum term of 5 years.
