Prohibited Weapons - RSL Display Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will need this permit if you operate a Returned and Services League of Australia (RSL), club or association and intend to possess and display prohibited weapons on your premises. This permit will only be issued if the prohibited weapon for which the permit is sought has been used as a weapon of war. Please refer to the Schedule 1 Prohibited Weapons document for a full list of prohibited weapons in NSW.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit, you must:

  • operate an RSL or any club or association affiliated with an RSL
  • the prohibited weapon you intend to display must be a weapon of war.
