Prohibited Weapons - Sporting Permit - New South Wales

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to possess and use a prohibited weapon to undertake training or to compete in a sport or recreation. Please refer to the Schedule 1 Prohibited Weapons document for a full list of prohibited weapons in NSW.

You must be able to provide evidence from an approved sporting organisation or club that verifies that you need to possess and use the prohibited weapon to train or compete in the sport or recreation.
