Radiation Management Licence - New South Wales

Description

You will need this licence if you are responsible for the management of regulated radioactive material. You will be considered responsible for radioactive material if you store, possess, sell, give away or dispose of material including:

  • sealed source devices
  • ionising radiation apparatus
  • any radioactive substances.

Duration

A sell only licence may be valid for either 1 year or 3 years. A management licence (to sell, possess, store or give away) is issued for a period of 1 year.
